Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stonne Global News, on the web or through the Stonne application on any supported platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

About Stonne Global News

Stonne Global News is a news and information service operated under the ArkDevLabs name. The Service publishes news coverage, articles, related editorial content, and market/financial information, and is available through the Stonne website and through applications distributed on Google Play and the Microsoft Store.

ArkDevLabs is the project and brand responsible for the development and operation of Stonne Global News across these platforms. This reference does not imply that ArkDevLabs is a registered company or incorporated legal entity.

User Accounts

Certain features of Stonne, including the Saved Articles feature, require you to create and sign in to a Stonne account. When you create an account, ArkDevLabs stores information necessary to provide the Service, including a unique user identifier, your email address, and the date you joined. Information about articles you save is also associated with your account so that your Saved Articles remain available when you sign in.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity carried out through your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to contact ArkDevLabs if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

Authentication for Stonne accounts may be provided through third-party authentication services. These providers may process information necessary to authenticate your account and maintain the security of their services, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

ArkDevLabs may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used for prohibited purposes, or are otherwise reasonably necessary to protect Stonne, its users, or the security and integrity of the Service.

Use of the Website and Applications

You may access and read content on Stonne, on the web or through the Stonne applications, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the Service in a lawful manner and not to interfere with its normal operation.

News and Information

Stonne publishes news articles and related editorial content. Some articles may reference or draw upon third-party sources, which remain the property of their respective owners as described in the Intellectual Property section below.

Accuracy and Availability

We aim to publish accurate and timely information, but we do not guarantee that all content on the Service is complete, current, or error-free. We also do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption.

Markets and Financial Information

Stonne includes a Markets section that displays financial and market-related information, which may include company names, ticker symbols, current and previous closing prices, opening prices, day high/low, volume, price changes, performance figures, intraday price charts, exchange or market identifiers, and currency.

The Markets feature is informational only. Stonne does not provide brokerage services, trading, order execution, investment account management, custody of assets, personalized investment management, or personalized financial advice.

Protected assets include the Stonne logo and branding, the Stonne visual identity, custom website and application design elements created by ArkDevLabs, original fonts or font assets created or owned by ArkDevLabs where applicable, and original graphics, icons, illustrations, UI elements, and other original creative assets and content created by ArkDevLabs.

Unless otherwise stated, these materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission from the appropriate authority at ArkDevLabs. Unauthorized use may result in enforcement action, including requests for removal and, where applicable, DMCA takedown notices or other available legal remedies.

Not everything on the Service is owned by ArkDevLabs. News articles, source material, trademarks, photographs, market data, and other third-party content referenced or displayed on Stonne may remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to their own separate licenses or rights.

Where you use the same Stonne account across the website and an application, your account and associated information are connected across those platforms. Account features, including Saved Articles, may therefore be available across the platforms where supported.

Your use of a Stonne application is also subject to the terms and policies of the applicable distribution platform, including Google Play or the Microsoft Store, through which you obtained the application.

The Service and its content, including news, editorial, and market/financial information, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stonne Global News and ArkDevLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any damages arising from reliance on market or financial information displayed on Stonne.
