Researchers have developed an experimental AI model that features a 32-bit RISC-V CPU compiled directly into its weights. According to reports from Tom's Hardware, this unique model is capable of running C code and even executing the classic game DOOM. Notably, the experimental system utilizes its own internal weights to function as RAM during execution. This novel development demonstrates an unusual intersection of neural network architecture and traditional computing instruction sets, allowing the AI to process traditional software binaries directly within its weight parameters.
